Show Agreement
This agreement is hereby entered into and between the undersigned parties, Suzan Shipp
(hereafter referred to as Seller) and ________________________________________
(hereafter referred to as Buyer).

In consideration of the aforementioned puppy, the Buyer agrees the following:
1. Purchase price of show prospect is $1350.00 payable no later than 5 weeks.
2. A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 to be submitted to reserve said puppy.
3. Buyers agrees to pay all shipping & delivery charges.
4. Buyer agrees to make a reasonable effort to show and finish said puppy;
whether by a professional handler or by themselves as follows:
a. Dog to be shown in a minimum of 40 conformtaion shows starting no later
than puppy reaching 24 months of age.
b. At 18 months, but no later than 2 years puppy is to be shown in min.2 International
shows (unless puppy completes title in first show) to obtain Intl & National Titles.
c. Buyer is responsible for all cost involved with showing & training.
d. Buyer must notify Seller of all show wins & placements.
e. Buyer agrees not to breed puppy prior to the age of 2 yrs.
f. BUYER Agrees to OFA certify hips at 2 yrs., & DNA test for Von Willebrands
(vWD) and have thyroid tested annually if the puppy is to be bred.
g. Buyer agrees that no dog shall be bred by/or to this dog that has any
disqualifying faults, any dog that is owned, co-owned or leased from an
Albino (white) Doberman breeder(s) or to any dog with a Z factored registration
number or pedigree.
h. Failure to abide by these above show qualifications will result in a fine
and/or recovery of dog as described in the Buyer's Agreement.
This is a part of a contract consisting of 5 pages: Deposit agreement, Health Guarantee
Buyers Agreement & Questionaire. Signature of Deposit info constitutes agreement to all 5 pages.
