HEALTH GUARANTEE
J Bar S guarantees that our Doberman puppies are current on shots, worming & have been regularly
vet checked at time of departure.
ONE YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE:
If your Jbars Doberman dies or is crippled by Distemper, Hepatitis or Leptospirosis within
the first year of its life, notify the kennel immediately,return the registrations papers
to the kennel along with a written veterinary statement stating the nature of demise and
we will gladly replace the dog with another at no charge. If your Jbars Doberman develops
a condition that dates from the prenatal or fetus stages and results in death in the first
year, notify the kennel immediately, return the registration papers & a written veterinary
verification from two (2) different vets stating the defect or condition to the kennel. We
will gladly replace the dog with another free of charge.
2 YEAR GUARANTEE AGAINST DYSPLASIA
If at anytime during the first two years of a Jbars Doberman he is found to be crippled
from dysplasia, return dog to the kennel, vet certification required, along with AKC
certificate and we will replace the dog at no charge.
Limitation of Guarantee:
The guarantee applies to the original puppy only & is non-transferable. The puppy must
be in good physical condition, the ears must be standing. No replacement will be given
if the registration application form has expired or if the dog (male or female) has
been bred. Owner is responsible for transportation cost to from the kennel.
Litigation: will be in Logan County, Arkansas. In the event that J Bar S is found not
liable, Buyer will pay all court cost & attorney fees for J Bar S and or Jerry &
Suzan Shipp. Liability is limited to replacement pup. No refund will exceed original
purchase price of said puppy.
